Steel plates are affixed to pine shelving to provide ample space for barcode labels to be affixed. These plates are available in bent-up galvanised steel or painted steel strips, ensuring durability and compatibility with barcode labelling requirements.

Designed as a cost-effective alternative to plastic totes, our purpose-designed cartons are ideal for use in inclined picking systems. Featuring double-corrugated construction with handle cut-outs and angled faces, these cartons facilitate easy handling and accessibility on G-Store inclined shelving or flat pine shelving. While GMS has a standard collection of cartons, custom cartons can be designed to offer a bespoke solution to our clients.

Increase stock keeping unit (SKU) capacity on inclined carton shelving systems with our carton dividers. Available in configurations dividing each carton into equal compartments, these dividers maximise storage efficiency and organisation.

For heavier item storage, we offer durable plastic crates (perforated) or totes (imperforate) compatible with our inclined picking systems, providing sturdy and reliable storage solutions.

Our ABS plastic hanger dividers are designed to separate and demarcate SKUs in hanging format storage. With slide-fit, clip-on functionality, these dividers accommodate standard 27 mm round tube hanging rails or 10 mm round smalls hanger bars, ensuring efficient organisation and identification of garments to pickers.

Clip-on smalls hanger bars maximise space utilisation by allowing garments, apparel, and accessories with smaller-than-usual hangers to be hung off narrower rails. The closed-loop design fits over standard hanging rails, facilitating easy storage and retrieval.

Designed to accommodate fabric rolls, these heavy-duty stackable pallets are constructed from mild steel and are available with either an epoxy-coated finish or an electro-galvanized finish. This robust design allows for the pallets, when loaded with fabric rolls, to be stacked securely on top of each other, 4-tier high. These pallets can also be used to store fabric rolls on high bay racking systems.

A key feature of these pallets is the removable poles, which facilitate dense stacking of empty pallets, significantly optimizing warehouse space. This feature is particularly beneficial in environments where space management is crucial, providing an efficient storage solution that adapts to both full and empty states.
